- Develop, seek approval and implement IT project plans for assigned IT projects in order to ensure effective resource management and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage implement of IT projects and plan using well-established project management methodologies and tools and according to the established policies and procedures.
- Track and report progress of projects and initiate the resolution of issues while escalating complex problems for management decision making.
- Managing more than one project according to the capacity distribution and management decisions.
- Own the project management process for the assigned projects from preparation, RFP development, vendor and system selection till the project closure.
- Coordinate with IT performance management on change control activities for proper transition into operations.
- Lead the development, manage and delivery of project documentation.
- Lead and conduct proper testing sessions prior the project acceptance.
- Coordinate security issues with IT Security department to ensure compliance to the guidelines.
- Motivate and lead the team working on the project and insure building team work spirit amongst project team.
- Provide progress updates to project stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and complete closure project evaluation reports with established timelines and procedures.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
- Create cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments that were used as the basis for decision-making on proposed IT/ICT/LV implementation projects.
- Act as a single point of contact for all communications between the Client, the Management and the Contractors.
- Ensuring that the Service, product, or solution is fulfilling and satisfying the business needs of the client.
- Managing the client relationship and expectation through proper reporting and updates.
- Managing all changes due to client needs our client environment changes.
- Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks.
- Producing project definitions to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets, project schedule and resources.
- Managing project team to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor project deliverables.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks.
- Resolved numerous project issues including staffing shortage, scope creep.
- Finalize Project closing procedure and confirm document archiving.
- Working as an Operation Engineer for projects.
- Follow up all IT work on the sites.
- Prepare requirements list for projects.
- Study and compare project designs and proposal.
- Checking and handing over all IT related issues.
- Operate and maintain the Network infrastructure.
- Operate and Manage Telecommunication / IT managed services.
- Manage all IT Operation Work.
