Worked as part of the Zero Base Manpower to map & optimize work activities in Inspection Department using Six Sigma and Lean thinking techniques. The result of this optimization process is a reduction of 120 employees in ID manpower.
Worked in Dhahran Utilities Dept. (DUD), Computer Group to do the following:
Built the Minor Maintenance Ticket (MMT) Request system using the service request system (SRS) building tool to help in the coordination of maintenance activities with DUD customers.
Working with communication engineers on wireless network project to enable Dhahran Utilities Maintenance engineers to order materials and work on trouble tickets while they are in the field. The project was implemented in 2003.
Organized the computer security awareness campaigns for Saudi Aramco and contractor employees with Computer Security Administration.
