Emirates Hospital is a Large-sized Health care comprising more than 1000 staff members and high end computer systems for daily use spread over 6 small branches, and 3 medium branches;
Managed and assisted with systems application functions including installing, configuring, updates, upgrades (hardware and software), backups, and security (firewall and antivirus) for Computer Systems (XP to windows 8.0) as well as the mentioned operations of:
• Setup and installation of hardware, software, configuration of servers and wan setup (routers, Cisco Managed Switches, VPN) for four new branches in Sharjah, Khalifa City A, Fujairah and Oman;
• Performed all levels of hardware and software systems support for more than 750 computers And 75 Network printers across our Hospital Branches with other IT admins;
• Active Directory Services (Users, OU \[Organizational Units\], Computers, and Group Policy);
