 Managed and assisted with systems application functions including installing, configuring, updates, upgrades (hardware and software), backups, and security (firewall and antivirus) for Computer Systems (XP to windows 8.0) as well as the mentioned operations of:

• Setup and installation of hardware, software, configuration of servers and wan setup (routers, Cisco Managed Switches, VPN) for four new branches in Sharjah, Khalifa City A, Fujairah and Oman;
