Engagement with Carrier (Etisalat):
• Maintaining an excellent relationship with carrier at the senior levels and developing a focused and productive alliance with ems.
• Developing the tactical plans and activities with the carrier that will result in the successful achievement of the carrier’s smartphone sell through targets.
• Achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas and be an expert in understanding and driving sales through the carrier channels.
• Being aware of competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining an effective planning and strategic partnership with the carrier’s team.
• Increasing penetration of smartphone /iPad to new and existing carrier’s sales verticals
• Working with the carrier to ensure competitive positioning of iPad in all businesses/consumer offers.
• Performing assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, inventory reporting, maintaining files, information, and forms.
Engagement with Customers:
• Build a strong customer relationship at multiple levels.
• Create strategy and plans for different verticals in the market and get a buy-in from the customers.
• Sales forecast on monthly/quarterly basis, ensure to have stock and sales reports regularly
• Business review on an ongoing basis and take corrective actions for challenges and competitive threats.
• Create a good level of knowledge about the markets and help the sales team members understand the market dynamics
• Develops and evaluates new product ideas.
• Makes recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales.
• Regular market visits to evaluate operations and ensure smooth implementation of sales and marketing activities.
• Understand the customer requirements (Technical, Operations, marketing, and finance)
• Ensure that account receivables are kept to the target limit, take corrective actions with the finance team to ensure speedy collection of receivables.
Develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
Provide appropriate and effective leadership to the sales group of the assigned territory.
Ensuring that the annual targets are met and where possible overachieved
Devising sales strategies, setting the team's targets and implementing budgets
Leading a team of sales representatives
Guiding sales representatives to develop a strong, honest and ethical working relationship with all potential customers in the assigned area.
