Liaise with suppliers for technical inputs and inquiries.
Generate BOQ of required materials for project duration.

Have responsibility for coordinating all aspects of mechanical engineering projects.
Review/establish project scopes, mechanical budgets; feasibility studies and project cost estimates; design or approve mechanical systems: HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
Carry out initial inspection of installed equipment before authorizing internal inspection process.
Supervise preparation of working drawings and project specifications. Supervise and develop.
Technical staff and manage work to meet scope, budget, and deadlines
Submitting weekly progress reports to the general manger.

diagnosing breakdown problems;

Arranging all the mechanical material submittals as per specification &consultants' instruction.

Re designs all the CHW system in order to get the approval from the consultant
Arranging of the files correctly and all necessary follow-up of the project to complete the project on time.
Responsible in ensuring that all testing is carried out with due regard to all current, National / International Standards and Legislation and Contract Specification.
Preparing and reviewing test report and test procedure for work implementation.
