The project scope includes the implementation of stormwater drainage networks from the island to the sea onshore and offshore area, includes the installation of GRP and HDPE pipes with diameters of 710, 800, 900, 1000, and 1100 mm at depths exceeding 7 meters, along with the construction of connection manholes to the existing network, and the construction of valance chambers and oil interceptors. The work also includes the implementation of the drainage network into the sea at considerable depths, with the installation of protective slabs, toe wall, and armour rocks .
The work includes a shoring system using sheet piles up to 12 m depth and operation of deep well and well point dewatering system.

• Manage and supervise building projects at Abu Dhabi International Airport (Presidential
Flight).
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and execution in accordance with approved
budgets and timelines.
• Project scope includes Facilities Building and Security Building (550 m² per floor).
• Supervise all Civil, Structural, MEP, and BMS integration works.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, municipalities, and facilities management for
approvals and handovers.
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and contractual requirements.

• Successfully managed a portfolio of 5 construction and infrastructure projects across Riyadh,
Western, and Northern Regions.
• Led end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Residential development of 20 luxury villas in Khamis Mushait (+35 million SAR).
