• Adopted and integrated OSS/BSS framework with CRM to ease lead collection systems operation, facilitate cross sell and upsell and ease handling of customer complaints 24/7.
• Elected as a member in Jordanian Strategic Payment Committee managed by Central Bank of Jordan to develop a Blockchain application and eDinar crypto currency, and developed Ethereum application in 2019.

Agreements (SLA) as well as for evaluating proposals.

Contributed as member of the steering committee for replacing banking application to TEMENOS 24 and core member of
Bank Audi Transformation Program to set up PMO office and reorganize IT Departments globally based on ITIL
Assessed software development and roll-out software development methodologies as per ITIL standards; realigned
security standards & access controls according to CISSP standards
