a) New Naval Base Project (Complex residential and commercial buildings (ex: Barracks, Industrial Workshops, Data Center (Uptime Tier 3), Chiller Plant, Medical Centers, Storage Facilities/Hangars, Education building, Sports complex, Fire station, Substations, Pump stations, Missile Maintenance Facility, Missile Depots, Recreation Center, MESS, Dockyard, Boat vessel Hangar, Shooting Range) Total: 180 buildings. (Contract Value: 1.12 billion USD).
• Duration: (January-2019) to (Present).
• Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the engineering works for Mechanical services and Wet utilities. This includes: Plumbing, drainage, fire protections systems, HVAC, Fuel and LPG system, Chilled water, Medical Gases, Nitrogen, Compressed air system, smoke management system, Noise and CFD analysis, firefighting network, irrigation network, potable network, sewage network, storm water network, LPG, and Chilled water.
2) Explore innovative approaches to meet project requirements in Design, Construction, and Material selection aimed at minimizing expenses and time constraints.
3) Manage, monitor, and secure approvals for all MEP & Infrastructure engineering calculations, technical selections, detailed shop drawings, as built drawings, method statements, BIM models, COBIE and closing documents with high quality and as per project programme.
4) Lead a team of 16 draftsman proficient in BIM & AUTOCAD
5) Design & Build scope: coordinate the activities of the designer, consultant and client, in order to develop the compliant design as per the client requirements and obtain the approval of the authorities in the shortest possible time frame and within the Job estimate developed by the Estimation department.
6) Provide cost-effective solutions for issues arising during planning and construction stages.
7) Coordinated all works related to the submission of BIM 4D/5D & COBie.
8) Provide As-Built Drawings, BIM models and all related closing documents on a timely basis and as per the project requirements.
9) Coordinate with MEP specialists (Water features/pools, Fuel system, LPG system, FM 200, compressed air, nitrogen system, generators, medical gas, kitchen equipment, etc..) and make sure all requirements are implemented and executed as per project specifications and programme schedule.
10)Issuing RFIs for any discrepancies related to design or construction scope

c) Design and Build of Al Majida Farm Project (Main Villa - SPA - Football Field - Utility Buildings - Substation -Gates - Landscape works -Hardscape works - Irrigation system - Pump rooms - Water Features - Infrastructure works (Sewage, Storm water, Firefighting, TSE, Potable water, LPG system) (Contract Value: 50 million USD)

• Responsibilities:
1) Liaison with client/upper management to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget 2) Design management and reviewing the design packages issued by the MEP design consultant 3) Manage, monitor, and secure approvals for all MEP & Infrastructure engineering calculations, technical selections, detailed shop drawings, as built drawings, method statements, and closing documents with high quality and as per project programme. 4) Manage and successfully achieve the processes of producing the Concept Design Validation Report, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Issue For- Construction Design including all the required deliverable for each stage. 5) Attend progress, coordination and technical meetings with site supervision consultant, client, and governmental authorities (Ashghal & Kahramaa) 6) Management of subcontractors and overseeing allocated MEP packages 7) General paperwork management; RFIs, Method Statements, Material submittals, progress report, Project programmes, Snag Lists, O&M Documentation, and general correspondence between the client, subcontractors, and design consultancies 8) Day‐to‐day management of the site works (mechanical services and wet utilities), including supervising and monitoring of the site engineers and labor force 9) Review contract documents and propose value engineering designs applicable and cost-efficient in compliance with codes and standards, Client Requirements, and local authorities regulations (KM, WOQOD, ASHGHAL, QCDD).
10) Manage, establish, and negotiate all claim and variation orders.

14)Attend and manage all necessary meetings with all relevant stakeholders involved in the design and engineering activities including the relevant local authorities.
15)Ensure that the progress of the Project is within the determined budget cost and time by obtaining monthly cash flow for the projects in line with its baselines.
16)Manage all involved Stakeholders and Provide, prepare, and communicate all necessary progress reports to higher level management, clients, and Stakeholders.
17)Establish, Manage, Implement, and supervise the Projects Process groups including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Control, and Closing processes during the projects life cycles. 18) Familiar with Qatar local authorities standards, details and regulations… (i.e: QCDD FSS, ASHGHAL, QCS, KAHRAMAA, WOQOD)
