• Responsible of E-Dirham cards stock, sending E-Dirham cards requests to ADCB branches and providing E-Dirham Cards from Ministry Of Labor
• Daily, Monthly and yearly balance of Suspense Bank accounts (ETISALAT, DU, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, AADC, SALIK)
• Responsible of call center and interact complains of online banking bills
