• Manage overall project activities, acts as a single point of contact for project status and reports directly to the COO
• Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action item registers, and major milestone timelines for assigned projects.
• Coordinates with other work streams, projects, and initiatives which may impact successful completion of project

Leading the Computerized Maintenance Management System implementation
project
Developing and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety requirements
to comply with Jordanian and International regulation
Coordinate with the training department to provide technical and induction
training for health and safety
Monitor operations and provide advice, as appropriate, with regards to Standard
Operating Practices
Providing appropriate advice and assistance with incident investigations, risk
assessments and hazard identification
Coordinating Corrective and Preventive maintenance for Airport facilities and
preparing the maintenance monthly report
Monthly analysis for Engineering and Maintenance staff performance to meet
Engineering & Maintenance objectives and KPI’s
Develop, Implement and follow up a mandatory audit and inspection program, for
the safety of the airport’s facilities, in coordination with the relevant AIG parties
Arrange for the calibration and certification of all airport equipment, in conformity
with the relevant laws and standards
In charge of maintaining the aerodrome ARFF category (9 B), through
communication and liaison with local fire brigade (Jordanian Civil Defense), and
maintenance of the major fire vehicles
Participating in organizing the airport’s full emergency drill for the new terminal
• Identify customer business and technical needs by thoroughly interviewing and probing key contacts
• Act as the internal source for product information for the sales/account managers
• Liaise closely with the sales/account managers and their customers and together build the effective solution that solves their requirements
• Complete tender responses and where required, take ownership for the co-ordination of resources to ensure a successful and professional bid delivery
• Create, present and deliver meetings and presentations as required
• Create templates that help in the proposal preparation process
• Participate in the development of client presentations, drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts
• Research market issues and identify market opportunities
• Conducting Prefeasibility studies
• Planning, gathering & analyzing projects requirements to provide clear and coordinated interpretations
