I shift to Dubai on 2022 and working with Hamshari group investment which includes Auto Spare Parts Companies, Realstate Company, to Design and Admin full ERP Solutions and manage and lead IT Department Team (Software, Hardware) People. in 2007 I got a new position to be Operation Manager in the Hamshari group plus my IT Position As IT Manager so I worked with all departments and Manage the integration between them, prepare all reports related to work development for the general manager, and prepare all exhibitions for a group. Also, I am working with Software and Hardware Suppliers in Dubai Managing all the Annual Contracts and sharing with the Finance department to put the yearly budget of the IT Dept. in 2005 I managed the big project of the group to transfer all our systems from Cobol to New Technology under Microsoft SQL without losing any data from the database and I was 100% successful to shift the group from old techniques to new ones. also I Manage the servers and do training for a new staff Now working with my team to shift the company from Normal Systems to AI Systems that can help all departments to do the job effectively and efficiently using new techniques to manage projects (agile methodology). I am a fast learner and I participate in many online and onsite training like Advance JAVA and Python Programming, PMI Training, MCSA, MCSA, and MCAD.
Worked as IT Consultant in IT Department and put a strategy to a new System that covers all company business requirements, I managed the training for staff for a new system and take feedback from the End users.
