Provide logistics analysis to support critical business decision of the management team, such as cost saving and efficiencies for domestic freight shipments and cargo movement.
Facilitate freight movements of Import / Export shipments to ensure cost efficiency.
Advanced experience of GCC customs law, and Federal policies, to ensure the supply chain complies with appropriate export and import regulations.
Collect logistics data, define core problems, recommend resolutions, and present key information through review of report data.
Build the straight lines and strategies for customs clearance department, and monitor work daily operations.
Research and report on future changes related to Import/Export policies and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the department’s own strategy, resources and procedures.
Engage with overseas agents for deliveries and advice in respect of global jurisdictions.
Communicate with related authorities, and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations.
Set and provide a various RFQ’s related to outbound and inbound shipments, for local deliveries and to other countries, by optimising the P/L.
Drives customs operations process by improving and leads/develops recommendations and provide insight for client’s portfolios.
Dealing and coordinating Air/Sea/ Land movement with the supplier and agents at the moment of multi-modal cargo booking, equipment arrangements, slot booking and transportation.
TMS analyzing and supervision.
Online customs clearance: E-MIRSAL II.
Admin user on Dubai Trade portal, to review all sub users and legal registration.
Managing the Customs clearance along with overseas agents.
Generating all documentation like: Packing list, Invoice, HS Code, Certificate of origin.
Preparing all Legalization and certificates required like Dubai Municipality, Telecom regulatory, Information office, Ministry of Environment and water, Ministry of Economy, DNATA.
Follow up on all registration and traffic documents.
Verified loads against shipping documents.
Maintain exit certificate records and close follow up to avoid violation fine.
Monitor all in-bound & out-bound shipments.
Generating MAWB, HAWB, BL, and Delivery orders related.
Preparing the weekly management Report.
Petty Cash control.
