Sr. Projects Director | Smart City & Mobility
My position involves managing all IOT projects (Smart transportation, Smart building & Smart City’s) and set projects timeline, monitor projects deliverables, update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.

Duties:
Write and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with other departments and Divisions in the implementation of the current and future
Master Plan deliverables and initiatives.
Ensure that quality control procedures are established and applied throughout project stages.
Lead a cross-functional team to create and deliver IoT solution projects.
Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, create project schedules and resource plans, and manage projects within budgets.
Conduct forward-looking risk management assessments and identify risk mitigation strategies
Report regularly to department and division head.
Communicate proactively with different internal and external project partners.
Contact with vendors in order get the IOT devices | sensors | attachments.
Get the requirements from stockholder & Control the expectation.
Control the all issues and escalation and follow it to satisfy the customer and meet the needs.
My position involves managing all Civil / Telecom and Manage Service projects, manage project team to execute operations project effectively and efficiently, define scope, budget and schedule for operations project, control the invoicing and build
invoicing department.

Duties:
Ensuring that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time,
and that they meet quality standards and the client's requirements.
Make sure that each phase of the project is completed within time and budget.
Conduct regular project status meetings with project team.
Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in timely manner.
Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
Build the invoice department.

Responsibilities : My position involves managing a team of 11th of inspections Technical Site Teams and 3 Engineers. I'm responsible for acceptance section of the STC Sites as Civil and Electromechanical work on the GSM Sites.

Duties:
Inspects sites and evaluates contractor's works to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes.
Inspection of all (power distribution system, lighting, fire detecting system, low current control Electrical, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing Mechanical, earthwork, excavation and backfill, concrete, concrete construction, grouting, masonry, paving, installation, erection, construction and fencing CIVIL.
Plan and conducts field surveys to locate new sites and analyzes details of project sites.
Reads and reviews project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
Reports maintenance problems occurring at project site supervisor and negotiates changes to resolve system conflicts.
Prepares reports and documents project activities and data.
Evaluates facility to determine suitability for occupancy
Responds to public suggestions and complaints.
Prepare full report to higher management for Plan.
Civil Performance Acceptance Test (CPAT) Weekly Plan (Scheduling & Reporting) (New sites, Expansion, Power and Access Road).
Quality Control" process and procedures: Ensure that products manufactured by Contractors meet certain quality standards and are safe in order to accept or reject products as necessary. Inspection to ensure the quality of a company's products and services. Ensure that the products are of the highest quality while striving to maintain profitability.
Working on budget with daily report to management with Close out.
Acceptance of the Design and Civil/ Electro. work in order to release the invoice.

My position involves managing 3 engineers with a team of 18+ of Technical Site Teams.
I’m responsible for the arrangement and co-ordination of a monthly meeting between
Engineers/Clients and Subcontractors. My role also includes looking after several large corporate connections and ensuring that any problems or queries they have been dealt with promptly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Established Field Support Department for Service after Sale / Maintenance in Qutub Technology for Contracting.
Responsible of 3 Engineers with more than 13 technical teams.
Management of subcontractors and work on the follow-up their business to provide work to the fullest and report to sponsor.
Preparations of electrical shop drawing, material submittal, variation on the tender and supervise the executed work and handle over to the consultant.
Inspection of executed works on the site and reporting to the office and owner.
Complying all Company Policies, Quality procedures, Statutory Regulations, Safety Regulations and project Specifications.
Tracking Man-hours and productivity for all activities.
