Leading HR Team to implement and improve department functions in order to support all divisions & Business Units, and ensure that all HR matters are given appropriate consideration and done in a compliance with HR policy and procedure.
-Develop and maintain HR policy and procedure.
-Man power planning, recruitment, developing performance management system,
-Developing employee welfare programs, identifying training needs and conducting training,
-Employee grievance handling, developing and implementing disciplinary policies,
-Conducting exit interview, final settlement of employees.
-Preparation annual budget and allocations.
-Provide decision makers with required reports and analysis
-Personnel Operations and transactions.
-Provide orientation for the new hire employees.
-Responsible for employees’ sick leaves and prepare monthly reports for HR manager.
-Monitoring employee’s attendance.
-Responsible for employee’s disciplinary action.
-Preparing monthly payroll report
-Marketing Bank’s financial products to the clients.
- Receive maintenance customers and provide the necessary assistance for the maintenance of their computers.
Bachelor degree from king Abdul Aziz university faculty of arts and humanities in English Language with GPA 4.46 of 5 and second honors.
