● Provide administrative support for the entire Sales Department.
● Responsible in preparing quotations, contracts, invitations, credit facility etc.
● Calling prospective clients and setting appointments for the Director of Sales and Marketing.
● Maintain an efficient database system of companies, contacts, profiles for tracking purposes.
● Constantly making pro-active sales calls for creating new business.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Department.
● Attending meetings of marketing and sales teams and offer suggestions and ideas to better
enhance the process.
● Handle general sales enquiries from existing and new clients through phone calls and emails.
● Entertain clients / guests in the absence of the DOSM / Sales Executives.
● Handle E-Bookings (Agoda.com, Booking.com, DOTW, GTA.com, Expedia, Etc.) and making
updates for hotel rates, availability, etc.
● Performs email campaign, telemarketing, sales blitz, and other promotional opportunities.
● Provide assistance to Front Office, Finance, F & B, etc.
● Responsible in performing clerical tasks (filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.).
● In charged in monitoring office supplies needed by the department.
● Responsible in performing other/special tasks given by the DOSM from time to time.
● Handling Check in and Checkout procedure.
Responsible in walk in and online reservation, processing check in and check out guest accommodation.
● Responsible for garnishing bar drinks.
● In charged in take away/dine in.
● Responsible in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory.
● Provides feedback/suggestions during weekly site meetings for improvements and progress
of the site.
● Responsible in monitoring special prices or special deals made by sales and monthly
promotion of each sales division.
● Helps internal customer and provides assistance for smooth operation / process flow.
● Strictly follow cut off policy and have an organized filing system for easy tracking of
documents.
● Responsible in checking with Inventory regarding the conditions of stocks in the store.
● Responsible in performing training of new member.
● Responsible in performing other/special tasks given by my superiors from time to time.
