• Analyzing the bill of quantities according to the specification of materials and manufacturers vendor list to make accost sheet for supply and installation of materials, pricing the B.O.Q according to the cost sheet and preparing technical offers.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, Material take-off, Bill of Quantities and Equipment.
• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Prepare method of statements and check drawing discrepancies.
• Prepare and evaluate supplier, manufacture’s company profile and technical submittal prior for approval to client.
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

• Resolving technical issues with the architects, site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities to provide technical advice.
• Conduct toolbox meeting with site supervisors and sub-contractor regularly to discuss and planned essential needs for the completion of work.
• Measurement and valuation make a regular audit report of the use of materials on each stage.
• Make a record of daily activity such as scope of work, number of manpower, materials delivery, work accomplished etc. for future reference.
• Attend Materials and installations inspection together with Client Inspectors and Main Contractor QA/QC Engineer for fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
• Attend testing and commissioning inspection prior for handling over to client.

• Inspect and supervise Contractor’s works and ensure standard of material, workmanships, quality control of all mechanical/structural works are satisfactorily.
• Check all drawings and specifications and ensure the latest copy is kept in site office at all times.
• Supervise and verify designated contractors’ work and prepare site progress reports.
• Coordinate and control on site matters such as structural and M&E services as well as user equipment coordination.
• Prepare test package and performs hydrostatic pressure pipe testing.
• Ensure work permits (Confined space welding, grinding erection, work for high level, excavation, etc.)
• Ensures timely and smooth progress of works.

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying projects phases and elements; and assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, Material take-off, Bill of Quantities, Equipment and material submittals and specifications.
• Identify and propose improvements for mechanical system and identify modifications that are subject for Change Order claims.
• Oversee the following mechanical activities and ensuring it conforms to SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and standards.
o Installation of underground piping utilities (Sanitary Manholes/Reinforced thermosetting resin pipes, Firewater, Chilled water and Potable water.
o Installation of fire detection & alarm system’s equipment & devices.
o Installation of DDC/BMS system.
o Installation of Fire Protection System.
o Installation of Plumbing System.
o Installation of HVAC System.
o Installation on Potable Water System.
o Equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Modify shop drawings using 2D/3D design software.
• Prepare and submit Technical Site Query to Client for clarifications of both design and specifications issues.
• Attend construction and quality meetings with clients.
• Oversee and monitors third party contractor.

• Performs quality control inspection and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications. When the results reveal any non-compliance with applicable specifications, directs immediate and appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensures that only top-quality goods are being supplied as per procurement.
• Oversees the implementation of the detailed quality assurance and control plan.
• Conduct periodic site inspection and test, and prepares reports. When corrective action request has been raised, undertakes follow-up action to determine the effectiveness and completion of the action.
• Responsible for the control of documents at the construction site.
• Reviews approved design documents prior to implementation to ensure effective quality assurance control.
• Reviews in detail all submitted shop drawings, certification of compliance, manufacturer literature, material sample, and guarantee equipment data.
• Ensures that approved design documents are properly controlled and used at the construction site.
• Responsible for the preparation of quality procedures to be adopted and implemented at the site, and seeks approval from the Principal Contractor.
• Reviews audit findings and implements necessary improvements and corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as an assigned QA/QC Engr.
• Attend weekly meetings with the general contractor operations and project managers.
• Review shop drawings and design drawings.
• Directly coordinate with the mechanical designer, architectural designer and structural designer if there have any conflict with other trades.
• Study and review issued for construction drawings, plans, work details and construction specifications to ensure that all works implemented at site conforms to Project Quality and Safety Requirements. Perform routine site QC inspection surveillance, whilst reporting and documentations immediately and QC discrepancies observed, for relevant and corrective action.

• Coordinates with MEPFS Engineer for material status, work status and other concerns.
• Coordinates with other sub-contractor for work clearance.
• Conducting weekly toolbox meeting to workers, leadman, foreman and field engr. to discuss how to produce first class workmanship.
• Providing daily accomplishment report and development report.
• Oversees QA/QC Engr., field engr., foreman, warehouseman and other company workers round the clock.
• Perform other duties as an assigned Project in Charge.
• Monitors material (Pipes & fittings) status.
• Prepare layout and installation of firefighting system in accordance with the approved materials, drawings and project specifications.
• Undertake the new construction and installation of firefighting system pump and equipment.
• Supervise the layout and installation of firefighting riser, feedmain,
Crossmain, branchline and sprinkler heads.
• Installation and repair of fire hydrant, fire hose reel, fire hose cabinet prior to hand over to the client.
• Equipment installation, testing and commissioning

• Assembling and disassembling of different kinds of actuators.
• Installing of flame scanner, guide pipe and flower in the boiler.
