Work closely with customer team on solutions development and proposals
Liaising with Vendors/Distributors on Security products & technologies
Set up and prepare equipment for Proof of Concept & Demonstrations
Conduct Proof of Concept evaluations to implement software to demonstrate the ability to meet client objectives
To conduct periodic internal presentations to the Sales and the Services teams on various Security products and technologies

Providing efficient support for Enterprise Users and Value Added Resellers for US/Canadian region via Voice and Email.
Rendered assistance in Design/implementation and support on Stackable Switches, Layer 2 & Multilayer Switches, Gigabit Ethernet, and Fiber Switches on Campus networking. This calls for extensive knowledge on designing Scalable Networks, IP addressing / summarization, VLAN/VTP, Private VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and flow and bandwidth control. Support includes specialization in Quality of Service (QoS), SNMP, Access Control Lists (ACL) and Multicast Routing.
Advocated assistance in Design / implementation and Support on VOIP and VDSL solutions for Small and Medium Business Units. This supports also integrated POTS PBX with VDSL and provide one stop solution for both Voice and Broadband access over VDSL.
