 Attend customer complaints and address the concern or issues.
 Creating quote for customers, Stores and IR markets for their repair
 Requesting parts and monitoring the ETA.
 Maintaining Quote approval summary of all brands (Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, HP etc) daily, weekly, monthly basis.
 Run aging report, Creating KPI and monitoring all escalation status of pending cases with less supervision of higher management
 ERP, SAP and Open Bravo Super-user
 Billing every transaction on daily basis
 Maintaining teller summary to keep track of all invoices, receivables.
 Preparing monthly reports of trade-in transactions for all of the branches of the company.
