Open the Showroom before its actual opening
time in order for the team members to be
prepared.
• Conduct meeting to update and inform the team
members on the current events of the Company
related to our section.
• Update the members regarding their
performance versus the corresponding budget
allotted into our section.
• Communicate the work plan that need to be
executed for a week and asses its completion.
• Make a complete floor walk in order to know the
situation of all the shelves and the corresponding
items on it..
• Make request of every items needed for the
replenishment of the store.
• To have a constant communication to our
product managers for the new arrival items if
there is any and plans where to place such items.
