• Search and gather all relevant data such as, but not limited to, Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings, specifications and drawings to support each respective delay events.
• Liaise with respective subject matter experts involved in the delay event/activity such as Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, Planning Team, Subcontractors (if any) and the Commercial team to get to the bottom of the issue/event.
• Assists Claims External Consultants (HKA) in developing/preparing Chronology on each respective Delay Events up to the eventual completion of Interim Claim.
• Assesses the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Prepare Counter-claims for Sub-contractors
• Review Extension of Time Claim by the Contractor.
• Perform Forensic Delay Analysis (Time Impact Analysis) for the Client. (Contract, FIDIC or SCL Protocol).
• Involve in review of Baseline Program and Recovery Program if
necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspection and perform assessment on
Project Progress.
• Review and Perform progress monitoring and Integrated change Control.
• Develop Risk Register.
• Prepare Weekly Dashboard, Comprehensive Monthly
• Report and Top Management Report.
(1) Assigned to lead the preparation for bi-weekly and Monthly update report
(2) Monitor and update schedule progress againts Baseline Schedule
(3) Assist the team on Time Impact and delay analysis and review of schedule periodic updates.
(4) Keep track on all project changes and monitor its effect on Baseline schedule and inform Project management team.
(5) Analyze the delay of the project and study corrective action to mitigate delays.
(6) Assist with the preparation of Time and Cost claims.
(1). Involves in Planning, Monitoring & Control and Close-out stage of the Project.
(2). Prepares Master Schedule in Primavera 6.2 version
(3). Communicate regularly with the Project Director/Manager of the project regarding the over-all status of the Project. Update schedules and monitor actual versus Planned Schedule (Baseline)
(4). Prepares Weekly Report Comprehensive Monthly Report
(5). Review and manage sub-contractor's schedule and work performance.
(6). Attends Weekly Coordination Meeting with the conultants and prepares (internal) Communication Management Report.
(7). Monitors the Manpower loading and Equipment loading of each respective on-going projects regularly.
(8). Provides Materials Delivery Schedule to the Procurement Division as part of the Risk Management.
1.Responsible for the over-all management of the project
2. Prepares Project management plan including Project schedule using Primavera 3.0.
3. Monitor budget of multi-dicipline.
4. Ensures that all operations are undertaken in a safe manner and in accordance with the standard set by the client/owner.
5. Effects close liason with the client's Management Team.
6. Control the direction of the multi-workforce and other sub-contractors.
7.. Conducts Weekly coordination meeting and construction meeting.
1. Establish Project Communication with client and sub-contractors.
2. Reiew and implement project plan and program.
3. Prepares weekly and Monthly reports to Project manager and client.
4. Do quantity surveying, do Bar-cutting list, bar charts, and Payment Certificate.
5. Co-ordination and preparation of Projet Close-out Reports.
6. Ensures compliance with corporate Quality management team as far as quality is concern.
1. Assistant of the Project Engineer.
2. Prepares and Submit Request for Inspection (RFI) forms to consultants.
3. Prepares Shop Drawings.
4. Prepares daily Activity Report.
