 Manage Orientation and Induction Program for new employees. Compiling of
materials, important company information and other relevant information that may
help acquaint new staff.
 HR Data entry to Oracle HRMS and month closing for payroll (Entering leave,
absent, sick)
 Assist for HRM on monthly HR report, Head count Report, entry and exit report and
on boarding report.
 Responsible for Annual Insurance employee data - Medical, Life Insurance and
Workmen Compensation & Insurance Claims
 Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, transfer
letter, warning letter, experience certificate, etc. and draft department-specific employee announcements
 Responsible for creating and maintaining data entry information into a company
database generating employee code, leave settlement, final settlement etc.
 Maintaining employee’s personal files.
 Keeping track of Appraisals and Increments of employees, renewal of visa and labor
card.
 Responsible for communicating among people within and outside the company face-
to-face, over the phone and via email.
 Successfully managed multiple tasks and maintain over 400+ personnel and keeping
detailed records of employees information, which consist of filing supporting
documents, terminations, incentive increases etc.
 Applying new visa, visa renewal & labor Card renewal request through portal,
preparing documents for the above as well as cancellation of visa, visa stamping,
change status, passport renewal etc. to send to PRO for further processing.
 Prepare & Develop reports as requested relating to personnel activities and maintain
documentation of other important files and documents
 Apply and provide for bank Prepay cards, Medical insurance and completing joining
Formalities and documentation for new joined employees
 Posting job advertisements on job portals, screening CV, scheduling interviews with
candidates
 Adapt quickly to changing organizational needs
 Assist the HR Manager in day to day activities
