o Marketing Plan: Plan, Design and facilitate the annual Marketing Plan
o Marketing Budget: Plan and administer the annual Marketing Budget
o Marketing Campaigns: Coordinating on Promotional Campaigns involving specialized activities such as artworks & design.
o Coordinate with the distributors effectively on monthly ATL & BTL campaigns to increase customer footfall in the showrooms and service centers
o Analyzing Data regarding Customer Patterns and Preference Interpreting and Predicting Current and Future Customer Trends
o Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of Marketing Objectives, Policies and Programs
o Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
o Closely monitoring of the Brand Protection & Market Intelligence Activities
o Protection of trademark through various activities like conducting events, exhibition, road shows etc. Identify counterfeiters and taking legal actions against them to protect the brand. Minimizing the infringements by facilitating the training to Custom Authorities (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Algeria, Morocco etc) to update them on the recent development on Genuine & fake products which helps to combat new threats.
o Event Management (Organizing of different kind of automotive conference & Exhibition for e.g. Annual Parts Conferences (Barcelona), Incentive Trips, Trade Fairs, Distributor Trainings and Automechanika 2013)
o Trainings: In-charge of the in-house distributor training program
o Preparing and organizing the training courses given by each department
o Coordination with all the instructors, vendors and technical team for the arrangements
o Coordinate with the trainees to assist with any queries and post-training follow-ups
o Preparing the schedule, welcome letter, participant lists and certificates for the attendees.
o Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and
materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
o Coordinate & Monitor the training timelines & event deadlines are met.
o Event Budget Management and advice the team to adhere it.
o Close coordination with external agencies like Hotels, DMCs to ensure smooth operation of
event
o Conduct pre and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes.
