* Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of Vice- chairman, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
* Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
* Schedules meetings/ appointments on behalf of Vice chairman, taking notes and maintaining diaries
* Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, event and conferences.
* Arranges travel and accommodations for vice chairman & executives.

* Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
