• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project. • Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP \[from construction point of view\], and its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out • Manage the construction effort-To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan. • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, recommissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre- commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project Specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule. • Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. • Provides technical support to Project Managers • Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. • Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions. • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company. • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management Position Requirement.
•• Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager. Responsible for the organizing and overseeing Construction activities. Responsible for construction and delivery team and interfacing with external partners and stakeholders. Manage and supervise contractors and subcontractors including but not limited to architects, engineers, quality, surveyors and other consultants, ensuring construction guidelines are maintained and work is carried effectively and according to plan. Ensuring quality construction standards and use of proper construction technique in line with delivery world class finishing works. Responsible for meeting business objectives, satisfy stakeholder expectations, more predictable, Increase chances of success.
• Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department.
• Handle authority approvals of local agencies.
• Correspondence with client / consultants / subcontractors.
• Coordinate with different local authorities to obtain drawing approvals.
• Should be aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior fit out project management.
• Will have to send weekly updates and prepare minutes of the meeting.
• Coordination with design and estimation team.
• Assuring correct and Precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation.
• Analyze project bottleneck and taking immediate action.
• Will have to coordinate with multiple suppliers and team members.
• Prepare project schedule.
• Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality. Monitor and control materials release from suppliers.
• Monitor and insure a strict adherence to the production schedule.
• Prepare and submit production update reports regularly and as needed, inclusive but not limited to daily activities, deviations from targets, returns and other related issues.
• Assure quality standards are met and report any deviations from the standards and direct the corrective actions for different production units.
• Maintain records of the transfer slips with any quality issues arise over the production course.
• Verify, coordinate and participate (as needed) in site surveys before proceeding with production to validate the project drawings. Keep proper and updated records of site surveys.
• Arrange production force into balanced groups and distribute jobs between them maintaining proper coordination and integration between different groups.
• Reconcile time records (Exact time) against production targets.
• Monitor material usage and ensure the least waste in in overall production processes.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man/hours.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Steer, streamline, and drive entire operations related to construction functions through strategic planning and execution. Manage a qualified delivery team and offer strategic support in completing routine assigned tasks. Collaborate with potential internal and external business stakeholders, discussing current project affairs. Lead a wide range of contractors' and subcontractors’ activities related to engineers, architects, quality analysts, surveyors, and consultants to assure fulfilment of applicable building codes and construction guidelines throughout project lifecycle. Generate comprehensive reports and circulate to senior project manager that supports initiating data-driven decisions.
• Ensured execution and delivery of world-class and top-quality construction standards by leveraging modern construction technique aligned delivery finishing activities.
• Drove business success factor and reached defined goals by meeting stakeholders’ expectations.
Responsible for the construction effort through the supervision of sub-contractors work.Co-ordinates sub-contractorsactivities to ensure orderly and effiecient completion of work.Support activities of the HS&E plan and procedures.Monitors installation against design to ensure compliance & best practice.Supports the Construction-Manager to ensure timely completion against schedule and make recommendation to increase resources to improve performances where requiered.Provides inspection of completed work packages & recommendation of sign-off to the C.M.
• Responsible for the Villas area back filling, compaction, leveling and ready for the setting out marking as per the approved shop drawings.
• Responsible for the Inspection submission and get approval from consultant prior to start Foundation concreting.
• Responsible for the Block work setting out preparation and ready for the consultant approvals as per the shop drawings.
• Responsible for the all finishing activities starting from Rendering, Water Proofing, Tiling, Doors, Screeds, Carpets, Painting etc. until the handing over process.
• Responsible for the site HSE issues.
• Responsible for the following Trade Foreman/Chargehand to monitoring their progresses and solving if there is any clashes or issues on drawing or site.
• Co-ordination with MEP team and other trade subcontractors for the area clearance prior to start new activities.
• Working closely with Project Engineer/Site Engineer to complete the weekly target completion and for the next week planning for resources .
