Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.While Issuing the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.

Ensures the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan. Establishes & maintains up to date Quality Control procedures related to the technical business units.

Responsibilities:

-Checks cable laying and cable identification.
-Performs all relevant loop checks.
-Updates as built drawings.
-Performs punch-listing operations.
-Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.
-Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.
-Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
-Calibrates safety valves.
-Calibrates instruments.
-Checks installation of instruments.
-Performs tests functional instruments.
-Checks pneumatic signal connection.
-Checks fiber optic cable.
-Performs test communication functionalities.
-Verifies special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
-Witnesses the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
-Ensures corrective & preventive measures are fully implemented.
-Spots potential quality improvement areas
-Continues alignment for Giza engineering quality activities with industry best practices.
-Checks conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtains the relevant documentation, checks procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manages documents and certifies tests, controls and inspections.
-Produces quality control reports, incident reports, quality improvement plans.
-Retains Quality Control Library & Giza Knowledge management base updated with In-Progress and completed quality control activities/artifacts/documents & reports.
-Leverages the quality control culture by conducting quality awareness sessions for the engineering/technical employees’ on regular basis.

working as quality control engineering for electrical and instrument dep. at joint venture between intecsa industrial (spain) and hassan allam (egypt) in FERTILIZER COMPLEX IN SOKHNA project owned by el nasr co. for intermediate chamicals NCIC (petrochemical field) -
-motor solo run test package preinspection .
-fat test inspection (for MV and LV switch gear) and erection inspection check list
-cable testing (meggering and hipot test)
-cable tray and local cut switch inspection
-Hot loop check procedure: -
-Loop sheet check according to (REF:ANSI/ISA-5.4-1991).
-Power up field instrument and check DCS.
-Simulating process signals to sensor for transmitter and check in DCS(limit and Eng. unit......etc).
-Simulating process signals to digital switch and check in DCS.
-The analog and digital signals will be tested using certified equipment
-Control loop output signal shall be manually tested form workstation.
-Handheld 475 Field communicator (advanced field diagnostics)
-Verify the logic diagram as per specification and modify error.
-Faulty or outside parameters shall be highlighted in PUNCH LIST.
-Fire and gas control system inspection test report check.
-DCS inspection test report check.
-CCTV system inspection test report check.
-pneumatic system inspection test report check.
-instrumentation devices hook up drawing check

- Design of electrical control circuits for LV switchgears by Eplan and FAT test for it.
- Studying tenders specification and preparing offers.
- Lighting system interior and exterior (dialux and layout).
- Earthing system (IEEE-std80-earthing) and measurement for soil and system resistivity .
- Fire alarm system (commissioning and maintenance ).
- Cable Routing layouts erection and commissioning .
- Erection and commissioning for big electrical project .
- Lightning (lightning protection system) .
- Technical support for the assembly works and follow up the production stages

I Worked as a sales and installation engineer for scientific equipment and training system for Engineering, physical and chemical labs and prepared the specifications for doctor’s need form my labs catalogs and supply them by any wanted data or help about enhancement their lab’s technology and installing my labs at the end and training the technicians and engineers at this labs .
