• Prepare quotes, designs and proposals.
• Prepare system layouts, specifications, wiring diagrams and shop drawings.
• Prepare cost calculation and design drawings.
• Prepare submittals and proposal binders.
• Prepare purchasing orders and material requirements.
• Communicates with the local and foreign suppliers with regards to technical specification of the products.
• Supervise the implementation of the assigned projects to ensure timely completion and quality compliant execution.
• Projects initiations, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and follow individual tasks to avoid any delay, including availability of resources and materials.
• Track and report monthly progress and invoicing.
• Appropriately manage the project team as per approved project plan. Ensure that all members understand their deliverable for the project.
• Ensure that project objectives and deliverable are timely addressed in order to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze risk, apply risk management strategies and develop contingency plans.
• Manage all aspects of Emirtec’s technical matters and provide required guidance to subordinates.
• Visit projects sites and attend meetings with clients to ensure good progress, quality work, and client satisfaction.
• Propose ideas and method to optimize projects execution and introduce new tools/software to achieve improvements

• Manage the complete programming of the AV system with respect to the project execution schedule.
• Involve in the AV project execution from kick of meeting and review the design. Suggest the changes in the beginning itself.
• Prepare a schedule for individual AV project programming.
• Manage the AV rack building, supervise rack building technicians.
• Give technical assistance to project and support staff.

• Support projects with requirements of programming and systems configuration
• Set-up maintenance plans, strategies and routine visits
• Establish service contracts with clients
• Ensures availability of spare parts & order them
• Manage support calls & issues
• Supervise support technicians
• Manage workshop and tools
• Train client’s representatives on installed systems.
• Prepares reports (monthly, annual etc)
• Train Techno Q staff on selected topics
• Implement Company Quality Management System.
