• Study the contract documents & create the tender's schedule.
• Set up the Project WBS and Establish the project baseline schedule loaded with all required cost & Resources including all S-curve & Histograms for Cost, Quantities, Equipment and Manpower.
• Monitoring, Controlling and Following up the project progress, Subcontractors Schedules & preparing any necessary recovery plans.
• Work on Progress reports & dashboards (Weekly & Monthly Reports) according to the actual project progress.
• Prepare required Claims for EOT.
