Handling a team of RF Optimization engineers for DXB region
LTE KPIs performance measurements analysis related to RRC, e-RAB, HHO, traffic and board/Equipment level counters.
Analysis of LTE Uu interface protocols layers RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, and Physical layer.
Performing LTE RF parameters audits and analysis of Intra RAT, Inter-RAT neighbors relationship
VIP complains handling and customer problems investigation.
Troubleshoot system problems such as Pilot pollution, drop calls, dropped connections, handoff failures and interference issues.
Perform root-cause analysis of RF issues to improve RRC DCR and CSSR to meet target KPIs.

1. Fault Management support.
TT management and audit. Prioritization fault level and dispatch TT to difference principal. Tier 3 (Critical/major/minor) fault diagnosis. Management and control of fault progression and escalation of technical support.
2. Configuration Management support.
Technology case collection. Coordinate all changes to the system. Configuration and modify database, detail and coordinate network change. Responsible for actual configuration and provisioning activities within the network. New software and technology introduction and impact analysis workshop method.
3. Technical Support.
Provide second line support. Resolve issues escalated from First line. Diagnostics. Provide consulting service. Provide guidance and support for software delivery and upgrades.
Solving the trouble ticket support and solve it, if tier 3 cannot solve it then escalate to HQ, monitor it until solved. Provide technical reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same issue.
4. Performance and Capacity monitoring support.
Optimize working flowchart. Performance monitoring collects, analysis, and reports indicating element and
network performance. Periodical evaluation of the network subscriber growth and assessment of these trends and availability of network capacity.
5. Communication with customers
Answer the request from the Customer office. Organize meeting with customers
by weekly, follow up and update the issue mentioned in the meeting. Organize workshop with Huawei and customers by monthly.
Handling for BSS KPI monitor, output performance. Performance analysis. statistics analysis
Handling of Trouble Tickets received from other departments
1- All configuration and maintenance process on BSC6900
2- Convert BSC working mode from “A over TDM” to “A over IP”
3- Working for integrating new sites and new BSCs
4- Declare GPRS services in a BSS and troubleshoot GPRS problems
5- PCU "Packet Control Unit" Expansion by commissioning and configuring new boards to enhance their capacity
6- Provide acceptance testing for BSC and PCU
7- BSC Expansion (A interface, Ater- connection, configure new sub-rack)
8- Modify Gb interface from frame relay to Gb over IP with SGSN Pool technology.

2- Maintenance and troubleshooting for Alcatel microwave (9400UX & AWY).
3- Routing in BSS (migration, new routing, drop & insert).

6- Have a good knowledge to deal with the measurement devices such as Site Master to measure VSWR and with PCM analyzer to measure bit error rate.
