•Maintain entry, updating, revising and enhancements of client's HR SAP employee database. All input data for the system shall be entered correctly, on time, and in liaison with the IT function.
•Mature the existing systems and automation in SAP through developing systematic services workflow.
•Payroll Preparation, Pension & Home Remittance Payment (deductions, leave compensation) on SAP S/4HANA.
•Responsible for Monthly Payroll entries, Hiring and termination on SAP S/4HANA.
•Termination Settlement Payments & collection of documents.
•Payments to Employees, Educational Assistance, Loans. On SAP.
•Payment of Manpower Supply Agencies Invoices (Payroll, RFA, LPO, s Accounting forms…etc.).
•Employee relation (Salary Certificates, Leave Schedule, Mission Order, Overtime, Educational Assistance, contractors payment method, distance work follow up, medical fitness letters) On time.
•Ensure all budgets comply with monthly & annual account closure procedures and department report is sent to Finance by 6th day of the following month.
•Carry out the HR administration of employees on matters such as termination, leave, reimbursements and payments, in accordance with established Company policy, and agreements.
•Counsel employees and assist them in resolving work related problems ensuring employee satisfaction.
•Contribute to sound salary administration policies and procedures while ensuring the timely processing of payroll events to support employee satisfaction.
•Support in calculation & administration of pay-out for Performance Incentive Bonus (PIB).
•Arrange all approved trainings and business trips for employees; accommodation, travel, allowances and any ancillaries' necessary and aligned with policy.
•As directed by HR Senior Lead supports the company medical insurance schedule for routine and periodic medical check-ups for all staff.
•Monitor and handle offshore sites personnel issues and support in their Administrative/operation activities such as preparation of work cycle schedule. Advise employees on policies and the proper application of Company's HR policies and procedures.
