• Promote and Sell all individual and medical insurance products
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.

- Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to Hertz International manual system.
- Responsible for outbound and Local Reservations
- Responsible for training staff.
- Allocate daily tasks to Reservations staff .
- Review reservation booked daily.
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
- Monitoring Telephone Manner and general performance of reservations staff daily
