Job Responsibilities Include
Planning and coordinating with all other departments to ensure that the Monthly and Annual Production Plan are achieved on schedule and within budget.
Set measurable objectives for the Production Department and provide the necessary technical expertise and support to improve all issues affecting the performance
Maximize the cost-effectiveness of production operations through sound planning, the efficient operation of machines, and minimum overtime.
Find and implement solutions to continuously improve the production process, cut production costs and improve quality.
Ensure highest standard of quality and safeguard plant, employees and equipment by effective implementation of Safety polices (H.S.E.-Health, Safety and environment), Production, ensures the manufacturing of products or goods are produced efficiently, safely and meet the organization's quality standards
Improving OEE for production plant.
Control a waste.
Job Responsibilities Include
Making sure effective quality management system with in pipe section.
Providing training to associated staff.
Managing pipe section
Production planning in coordination with sales department.
Distribute orders with effective way.
Producing PE pipes with its applications irrigation pipe & water pipe & telecommunication pipe & electrical pipe &corrugated pipe.
Production and wastage analysis.
Contributing and participating for the improvement staff efficiency and productivity.
Trouble shooting and solving production problems in coordination with maintenance department.
Reviewing daily production report.
Taking corrective and preventive action.
Member at R&D department at company.
Job Responsibilities Include
Machine selection& mold selection
New product projects.
Installation new factory (construction& chillers and piping &machines &startup).
Making maintenance plan and history sheet for machines (spare parts & preventive maintenance)
Making full control about injection factory.
Cost analysis at injection products.
Control over weight for pipes.
Focus continuous improvement
Technical discussion with suppliers
Machine modifying .
Job Responsibilities Include
Process Engineer for the Injection molding M/C.
We produce PVC fitting& PPR fitting.
Have experience at PVC&PPR&PP&PE&ABS.
Process Engineer for the Extrusion M/C.
We produce PVC pipe & CPVC pipe& PPR pipe.
We produce multilayer pipe PPR&PVC.
Solving plastic operation problems.
Job Responsibilities Include
Assistant for my university professor at his plastic factory.
Operate injection machine.
Mold design.
Material selection.
Solve product problems.
Solve product packing problems.
