Security Operations team is the largest Security Support team in Orange responsible for the Incident, Problem, Change and Release management for both Orange customers and internal employees.

oResponsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults, identifying underlying problems and proposing solutions
- Perform service changes requests by assessing risk and implementing requests reported within the agreed Change Management process through Orange Change tools.
- Handle proactive alarms triggered by equipment (i.e. interfaces, capacity, usage, CPU, etc) to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance
- Raise Service requests with different vendors and suppliers to repair faulty equipments if needed
- Perform recovery of faulty equipments and pre-staging of new equipments
- Monitor and analyze IDP logs to send critical major alarm notifications to customers as necessary
- Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts from the SIEM (analysis, notification, recommendations)
- Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing improvement plans for unknown errors reported through: Problem Management Dashboard.
- Perform solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations) and implementing them.
- Perform technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.
- Participate in complex change requests by providing technical expertise and reporting to the change advisory board (CAB)
- Perform SIPs actions and update the action plan of the SIP
- Take the lead during time of crisis and provide technical advice to customers

o Knowledge and Skills:
