Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the purchasing activities and budget of company
• Develop and manage the organization's purchasing policies, procedures, standards, and strategies in order to ensure process transparency, fairness, impartiality, and confidentiality
• Develop and manage the proposal, bidding, and negotiation process while adhering to applicable legal standards and codes of ethical conduct
• Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards, and best practices
• Ensure all purchasing activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization
• Ensure the adequacy of specifications for purchasing purposes
• Negotiate major purchases, develop blanket or master agreements with suppliers, and engage in all aspects of contract management

• Study offers and determines the best pricing and technically accepted fixtures considering the
delivery time is suitable to the client needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead time and cost to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Prepare financial and technical offers .
• Issuing purchase orders.
• Organizing the payment process (local / foreign).
• Organizing the receipt of the fixtures with the logistics department.
• Ensure that the shipment is identical with demanded in the purchase order.
