Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement HR programs and policies, and managing every aspect of employee development and relations. The main responsibility is to manage recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counselling services, and training, reporting to the Financial Manager.
Also as Employee relation Director: Overseas a team of specialists or officers in promoting a healthy labour-management relationship. The position is management and provides approval function for all recommendations and resolutions by the staff on matters such as Code of Discipline development, employment contracts, disciplinary actions, grievance and labour dispute management, collective bargaining negotiations and employment termination processing.
* Ensuring company conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as local lows procedures and policies.
* Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the company.
* Identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations, employee morale, work performance, and organizational productivity concerns. .
* Developing staffing strategies and implementing programs and plans.

* Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
* Coordinating in volunteer and staff training events or programs and recommending resources, as needed.
* Administering and monitoring new hire orientation programs.
* Handling issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager.
* Administering driving and criminal record checks.
*Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for Egyptian market.

*Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
*Submit candidates' offers and follow up on software until placing.
* Support HR Manager with weekly update on recruitment progress.

Represent the life insurance company. In simple words, Life insurance policy covers the life of a person and after his death the policy amount will be given to the nominee or the family member. Job profile of a life insurance agent basically involves interviewing customers so that he can calculate his financial status and offers the best suited plan which not only covers the higher risk but also gives a tax benefit. I judge the customer needs. Also sell the annuity that can be used for income purpose after retirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* The main duty of a life insurance agent is to make new clients.
* provide the information about the changes made in the policy, sending reminders for making payment for premium.
* maintain the records for policy renewals and making presentation of new policies.
* explains the advantages or disadvantages of various plans to promote the sale of insurance policy.
