1- Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in tenders work.
2- Getting quotations and arranging site requirement such as materials and raw materials, negotiating with the vendors & Suppliers to get the best price and conditions of supplied materials.
3- Opening credit account for our company with the Suppliers .
4- Checking the requests from the projects and compare it with the projects BOQ and specifications.
5- Coordinate with consultant and client to arrange materials submittal and get approval before proceed purchasing order.
6- Preparing purchase order and follow up supply chain circle.
7- Arranging procurement reports.
8- Follow up the market prices and selecting proper price .
9- Arranging the suitable plan for procurement & work .
4- Work as a Purchaser at Aziz Mapa Consortium \[Arabian Pipeline\] Company in KSA \[August 2010 till Now\]
Brief on Aziz Mapa Consortium :
Company Works in Water Transmission System Phase II through Saudi Southern Area 1000 KM Pipe Line Project considered The 2nd Grand Construction Project in the Saudi Arabia kingdom
My Duty was a Company Purchaser, purchasing construction supplies, electrical & plumbing Supplies …and all other human living related Needs \[3000 Engineer & labors\]
Also to purchase Company car Spare parts \[More than 300 different Cars, Cranes, and Generators\]
3- Work as Purchaser Representative & pursuer at Ahmed ElSweedy Company for Trade & Transportation in Qatar \[Jan 2008 to July 2010\]
Brief on Ahmed Elsweedy Company :
Company Works in Transportation Field, Owned 26 Mercedes Cars working in drinking water transportation from desalination Stations & for Construction Supplies Transportation to the Related Companies ‘Sites
My Duty was Responsibility of purchasing Company Car Spare Parts & reviewing Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Labor Office in Qatar
