• Prepare Job descriptions.
• Prepare recruitment request forms with managers, in accordance with the Staffing Plan of the Project.
• Use several recruitment sources, depending on the positions: CV database, job portals, search and headhunting firms, social networking…
• Screening of applications, according to the requirements.
• Interview staff candidates to confirm if they have a suitable profile.
• Prepare interview reports.
• Publish & Submit job to selected candidates.
• Prepare hiring internal approvals.
• Monitor current situation of recruitment processes, using software tools.
• Participate in employer branding activities.
• Update staff plan & organization chart.
• Prepare the contract renew for our client approval according to the mobilization period in the updated staff plan.
• Prepare FCC EM manpower needs with coordination with lines manager.
• Attend business trip for overseas labor technical interviews.
• Communicate with our labor agency to handle the mobilization.
the functions of recruitment; search for and collect applications of potential candidates for company employment.
•Adhere to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job description required up to the stage of job joining.
•Maintain and develop a solid application data base and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility.
•Compile and maintain a database for local recruitment advertising agencies and on-line sites that provide recruitment services.
•Ensure a proper screening and short listing of applicants and conducting the first interviews before referring to the management.
•Build candidate pipelines for current & future staffing needs.
•Supervise and ensure the timely preparation of letter of appointment, Job offer & contract for new hires.

•Responsible for Exit Interview with left employee.
•Follow up leaving status of left employees (sponsorship transfer, final exit).
•Sending and receiving the evaluation reports.
•Follow up appraisal and increments.
•Establish and maintain an employee committee.
•Follow up employee’s grievances inside the Co.
•Checking promotions and grades in the system.
•Studies about ORM meeting.
• Orientation for new employees.
