Joined ADMA-OPCO as a ‘Senior Mechanical Engineer’ worked in the field of maintenance & major shutdowns and prepares mechanical packages and SOW’s for maintenance, installation, fabrication, modification and other shutdown activities carried out on all above sea level offshore structures/plants.

Lead a project team consists of 5 different disciplines engineers and 7 different contractors executing an EPC contract of Tabreed District Cooling Muleiha Camp 2 x 5, 000 RT Plant Rooms - Project worth $ 21 million.

Joined Ingersoll-Rand- Trane SA. as a ‘Senior Project Engineer’ for a total experience of eight yrs in managing all aspects of construction projects, including large district cooling project from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation and management of construction projects related to MEP & HVAC and accountable for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule and budget.



• Successfully completed for the following assigned EPC/turnkey, fast track and design and build projects and ensures compliance with internal contracting process.
Major Projects / Clients in Dubai: Dubai Mall (Burj Dubai Development -EMAAR/DBB AGCC)-DCP, DHCC/EMPOWER-DCP, RTA Executive office (BELCO)-HVAC, JBR project, Guardian Glass-HVAC, Green House (Dubai Municipality)-HVAC, Radisson SAS, ILS (Areej), UASC, MEAC, Masafi, Dubai International Air port.

Sultans, Ahmed, Mansour bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Hazzem Al Qubaisi, and Typical Primary School for Abu Dhabi government, Villa, Majlis, and Service block for H.E. Worked as Project Engineer for four years progressive experience in mechanical engineering and was responsible for the organization and direction of construction engineering work force, piping and mechanical activities related to construction engineering, subcontracts and engineering liaison.

Mechanical Engineer -Job Key Activities & Responsibilities:

 Responsible to undertake supervision, inspection and field engineering activities on behalf of company in area of mechanical works and ensure that these works are implemented in accordance with the project integrated basis of design and all project requirements, procedures, budgets and schedules.

• Responsible for meeting project goals, specifications, commitments, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources for the project.
• Developing, Designing, reviewing and verifying HVAC system layout and drawings.
• Developing and Reviewing control schematics and sequence of operation.
• Designing ducting system for air distribution.
• Designing of chilled water pipe for HVAC system.
• Supervise the installation of equipment, ducting, piping, controls and inspections.
• Prepare / review pre-field test report forms.
• Prepare review TAB reports and submit to the client.
