Facilitate Quality Department Meetings & Committees: Organize timely and efficient department meetings, handling agenda collection, distribution of MOMs, data compilation, and sharing of quality updates. Follow up on pending actions raised by Quality Leads to drive progress and accountability. Maintain Robust Filing Systems: Oversee the office filing system, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of documents. Manage records meticulously to safeguard important and confidential correspondences, archiving and saving them regularly.
