- Adheres to required regulation throw providing reasonable assurance to the management and audit
committee that are effective and efficient policies and procedures are in place
- Develops, maintain and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance
program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
- Annual reviewing for all policies and procedures of the company.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested to keep the corporate AC of the
board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of the compliance program and relates activities on a continuing basis,
taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.

Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of risk
processes, tools to identify assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
- Risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the
risks affecting the business.

- Monitor major and critical risk issues.
- Manage the process for elevating control risk.
- Risk review reporting for every departments in the company.
- Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
- Identify and evaluate business areas’ risks and risk control self-assessments.
- Updating all Risk policies and procedures including but not limited to “Risk Manual, Risk Appetite,
Risk Assessment and Risk strategy.
- The secretary of Updating Policies & Procedures Committee.
- Establishing Executive Risk Committee Charter.
- Provide Board Risk Committee with the Risk Reports on a quarterly basis.
- Updating Risk Register and Risk Profile on a quarterly basis.
- Attending cyber security committee meetings and record the minutes of meetings.

Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of
Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

- Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective
compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as
well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
- Share information on risks or issues identified via compliance reviews or investigations.
- Annual reviewing for all policies and procedures of all departments in the company.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes.
- Establishing Compliance Monitoring program for all department which include all regulatory
Regulations to be tested that apply to the concerned Department.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested to the Audit Committee, to keep
the Board and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Prepare and deliver training and awareness materials.
- Assists Senior Management to ensure the company’s meets all disclosure requirements for
Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings.

- Understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.
- Manage regulators requests in adequate and timely manner.
- Establishing and implementing the Compliance Monitoring program for all department which
include all regulatory Regulations to be tested that apply to the concerned Department.
- Advice Management on the Company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed
reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans for the observations.
- Ensure all the departments are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Understanding of new regulators regulations and circulars and updated the compliance manuals
based on the regulations.
