Analyze purchase requisition from the different departments in terms of quantities, item need and price (
Kitchen, Printing, stationary, Hospitality supplies, IT, Marketing and Events)
• Managing negotiations with the suppliers
• Develops specification template
• Performs Market survey and evaluation of supplies
• Work with department Managers in preparation of standards specification for materials and services submitted
to competitive bids
• Prepare Bid Packages with collaboration with the technical department and the end users
• Follow-up with Suppliers for Deliveries Following Deadlines
• Prepares contract document.

Issue of Invoices, Return, Quotations & Proof of Delivery.
• Purchasing for Local Inquiry (T-shirts, Medals, Embroideries, Costumed items …)
• Shipping Goods (DHL paperwork, Packing, cost ...).
• Follow up of Customer Orders with Sales Department and Print House
• Manage the Drivers Schedules.

• Follow up of Purchase orders with supplies for delivery in due time, and invoicing

• Follow up with placement of orders and stocks for the Mini-Market, and its Sales
