2. Working as Human Resource Recruitment Officer at Combined Group Contracting Company (since November 2015 - June 2016)

• Reviews recruitment paperwork for completeness and accuracy such as Candidate Evaluation sheet, applicant records, and residency status.
• Responds to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing.
• Reviews employment requirements to ensure minimum qualifications for position are met.
• Ensure that new employees personal file are created and that all new employee details are accurately set up on HR database systems; to ensure that all essential employee personal information is in place in time for the Payroll cut-off date each month.
• Ensure the complete collection of necessary documents of deployment (Sponsorship transfer or Job Secondment).
• Sourcing of CVs and conducting phone screening interviews.
• Schedule and organize interviews with the concerned Department’s Managers.
• Performing reference and background checks for potential employees
• Preparing and sending employment offer packages.
• Prepare monthly recruitment progress report for Management.
