Key Result Areas:
• Acting as Project Manager and administering day-to-day site operations
• Executing assignments given by the Facilities Manager & Operations Manager
• Implementing management instructions for projects, services and planned maintenance
• Planning, scheduling and assisting in budget preparation
• Managing site inspection from time-to-time to monitor standard of work and complete schedule for all MEP & Soft services
• Providing technical support to the supervisors to execute the works effectively
• Reporting to Manager regarding on job progress and issues on a daily basis
• Working as per shift patterns when required and available for 24/7 roster standby duties and emergency call outs
• Assisting in the production of monthly and quarterly reports as required by the Facilities / Account Manager
• Performing the clerical duties whenever required
• Adhering to all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations), including compliance to all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law
• Performing activities conforming with EH&S Policy, applicable regulatory, company EH&S rules and requirements
• Ensuring operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget
• Managing and supporting engineering technicians group to reach established goals
• Maintaining employee’s technical competence and strive for excellent customer service
• Supporting facilities engineering and technically assisting plant in areas of repair, training and modification on all MEP systems
• Implementing PPM Schedules, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required
• Recommending solutions and preparing relevant reports
• Administering Manpower management, Skills Management, Staff Assessments and providing training as required

o The Villa, Dubai Land (Renovation Projects)
o Manchester Tower Operations, Dubai Marina
o Panaromic Tower, Dubai Marina ( Variations )
o Executive Tower Apartments Downtown Dubai (Reactive Maintenance & Renovation Projects )
▪ Maintenance and technical support for generator servicing.
▪ Solar installations and wiring of buildings.
▪ Staff management & procurement.
