Revise labor manual, HR policy, welfare policy, performance appraisal, annual evaluations for immediate and temporary Subordinates and propose appointments, promotion, separations, salary grade System, salary increases, incentive plans, Insurance coverage, end of service, working and overtime hours, leave policy, social security and other types of personnel actions and obtain necessary approvals under supervision of Regional HR Director.
8. Liaise with all head of departments to start drafting job descriptions for their subordinates to be submitted to Regional HR Director for review and approval according to Aqua-treat policies and procedures.
9. Manage your team to do their job proficiently and Manage Amman office to comply with company rules and procedures.

•Set & update the SAP system with all related personal data, Career Movements & Disciplinary actions entries in accordance to the CCBCJ policies and procedures inquiries on daily basis.
•Set & update employee’s history files with legal & personal information to assure back up data is maintained.
•Set & update employees leave (annual, sick, time off) and ensure they are submitted under the standard policy and procedures.
•Prepare the exceeds leave balance deductions on a weekly basis.
•Check & follow up with the employee’s attendance record to facilitate payroll function.
