• Liaised with the Companies Sales representatives, requested quotations, bargained sales contracts conditions, placed orders, followed up on the production, on time delivery and requested documents (LC, TT, Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, Co, Bill of Lading, Airway bill...).
October 31 - November 4, 2011: Attended the 110th Session of China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in Guangzhou.
• Receive and study tender documents and respond to each tender.
• Coordinate with suppliers to receive appropriate quotation according to tender specifications.
• Submit the tender within the time frame specified.
• Maintain proper filing system for each operation.
• Answer telephone calls and e-mails from LAU Faculty/Staff/Students about issues related to network, telecom, security, application and/or PC/printers issues.
• Distribute tickets among different IT Technicians.
• Provide Support to Faculty/Staff/Students on issues related to Banner/ Web mail/ MS office…
• Assisted in coordinating MoiM’s project implemented by UNDP, Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, Ministry of Finance and Knowledge Development Company.
• Managed the preparation of a database on all municipalities in Lebanon.
• Liaised with municipal council Presidents and members, followed up on the municipalities’ situation and future projects.
• Followed up on the good implementation of workshops and presented reports to the Project manager.
