Working as a Producer Assistant for kids Shows on MBC3 for several shows and then promoted to Co-Producer my role is
• Coordinate project activities.
• Recording VO and keep on tracking with a presenter or reader in Arabic dialogue.
• Coordinate with some factories to do filming.
• Coordinate details of the events such as cameramen, locations permits, and business meetings.
• Calculate budgets.
• Prepare presentations.
• Coordinate event registration and attendee tracking, presentation and post-event evaluations.
• Researcher for the contents of the show such as places, personalities.
• Deal with PR mangers to cooperate our visiting projects and prepare some paper stuff such as permits/contracts.
• Filling up some paper work and administrative stuff.
• Presenting ideas to colleagues.
• Casting presenters and participants for TV and radio work and listening and recording voice over.
• Bring and lookup for documentary footage videos and pictures.
• Responsible for specific elements delegated by the Producer.
• Making/receiving phone calls to coordinate the visiting location/participants/procurement team.
• Translate the info of the content from English to Arabic and write distributing script for the presenter.
My duties there was covering local meetings and local events (festivals, graduation ceremonies) news, summaries and writing feature articles of the newspaper .
Assisting in the processing and editing of press releases and Interviewing the Director of Municipal Administration in Dubai for a press release which was published in the newspaper by my name.
Practical work: Worked in the University’s Television and Radio studios and Multimedia Laboratories’ and worked in several volunteer jobs in school .
