- Develop corporate & brand identities along with their manual and guidelines.
- Plan & Organize events; press conferences; media visits & round tables and submits coverage reports including highlighting values.
- Plan & organize CSR projects.
- Design & implement internal communication for employees including newsletters; events…etc.
- Negotiate & Liaise with third parties.
- Manage & coach the client service team and making sure of a smooth working environment.
- Conduct weekly meetings with client service team to discuss clients’ status and next steps.
- Interact daily with clients and handling all their requirements.
- Report to senior management of current & expected client’s budget on monthly basis.
