• Pioneered advanced scheduling for the company.
• Started the implementation of zoning. Equally divided the clients so as to be able to deliver excellent service.
• Gained control of all the schedules for the 7 teams which before was being managed by two people.
• Implemented paperless schedule.
• Sends monthly preschedules for the clients. Schedules are made sure to be done within 30 days. And yearly schedules by request.
• Implemented car sharing for team leaders.
• Has been optimizing the use of modern technology to help with operations, especially for communication. (Programs, apps, internet, etc.)
