Reporting to the President and responsible for the business management of Graphic Systems
products such as Offset plates, GA Films, Computer-to-Plate platesetters, workflow software,
pressroom chemicals, and wide-format UV-inkjet printers (roll/flatbed).
• Reporting to Regional HQ in Thailand for market updates, pipeline status, and sales forecast.
Attending annual regional kick-off meeting and product updates.
• Directly managing and developing 12 team members from sales, customer service, marketing, and
logistics/supply chain.
• Directly managing 3 major dealers and strategic accounts from publishing, newspaper, commercial,
packaging and digital inkjet market.
• As main correspondent to foreign suppliers from Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and China, negotiating
for competitive pricing and improving delivery leadtime.
• Continuously developing strategies for the local market to improve P&L, sales turnover, profitability
and DSO.
• Facilitates weekly sales and service meetings for continuous updates, making sure to be on-track to
its local and regional budgets and solving any internal/external concerns to improve customer
service.
• Act as business consultant to our customers, presentation of company’s solution including its
ROI/Payback Period, benefits and competitive advantages.
• Act as a Project Manager for all equipment installations, making sure to synchronize all team
members an to work within the budgeted service manhours and avoiding unnecessary cost.
Reporting to the President and responsible for the business management of Prepress & Consumable product portfolios such as Computer-to-Plate imagesetters, Prinect workflow software, digital and analog plates.
Rreporting to the head of Product Management Department and responsible for business managing Lexmark Business Print Solutions and 3M LCD and Storagesolutions.
• As Product Management Coordinator, a team leader of Lexmark marketing executives (both direct and dealer channel sales), initiated various marketing programs that created demands from different industries like banking & finance, manufacturing, hotels, national government and others.
• As Systems Engineer, responsible in extending after market technical support, providing solutions to corporate customers in the fields of I.T. (hardware, software, and client-server networking). Also responsible for the comprehensive testing of new I.T. hardware/accessories prior to market introduction and customer training.
EDUCATION:
This program was a pre-requisite before proceeding to MBA.
