- Headhunting for top potential candidates
- Screening resumes and online profiles
- Conducting phone and video interviews
- Reviewing and editing potential candidates' resumes and writing candidate profiles based on their original resumes and vacancy-related information provided during interviews
- Providing the client with verbal and written feedback of potential candidates
