• Checking the performance of the couriers on daily basis - Updating the system with the debrief report provided by the couriers. Downloading the scanners & checking the status of the shipments.
• Ensuring that the company procedures are followed strictly by couriers, in order to keep the service level high & provide quality service to the customers.
• Manage the ground operations email and action them on regular basis. Also, action special
• Special Courier- Scanning & arranging delivery and collection of payments for shipments outside assigned courier routes.
• Manifestors- Manifest the inbound & outbound shipments and bag them on daily basis & update the opening & closing of all the flights.
• Checking all couriers’ pickups and allocating to concern routs.
